Payment and Delivery

Payment

  • Orders can be paid via bank transfer or any method supported by GoPay.

  • Payment must be made in full; no deposits, partial payments, or subscriptions are allowed.

  • Canceled transactions: money will be refunded if already transferred.

  • Failed payments: we may contact the customer to resolve the issue.

  • Prices are displayed without VAT; VAT is calculated during checkout based on the billing address.

  • Local Czech VAT of 21% is applied to shipping costs.

  • Prices do not change after payment.

Delivery

  • Shipping carriers: Česká pošta, PPL, DHL, UPS, FedEx.

  • Customers may provide instructions via email or order notes at checkout.

  • Shipping is worldwide.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier, weight, and size.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days.

  • Pickup is available at our warehouse.

  • Delivery times are determined by carriers.

  • If the delay is caused by the transfer to the carrier, a full refund is provided if the order is not shipped on time.

  • Valuable packages are recommended to be insured; refunds in case of carrier failure may be provided at our discretion.

Returns Related to Delivery

  • Warranty claims: full refund if the product is defective under intended use.

  • Money will be returned to the account or card used for payment (if PayU allows).

  • Return shipping for warranty claims is paid by us; for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays.
