We operate this webshop for selling car and bike tuning parts and firmware/software. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Services

  • We sell car and bike tuning parts for off-road use only. Products are not certified for public road use.

  • We sell firmware/software for vehicles.

  • Custom orders are handled privately via email; only products listed on the webshop are available for online purchase.

  • No age restrictions apply.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed as a guest or by registered users.

  • Checkout occurs through the shopping cart.

  • Payment methods: bank transfer and any methods supported by GoPay.

  • No deposits, partial payments, or subscriptions are allowed.

  • Canceled transactions: money will be returned if previously transferred.

  • Failed payments: we may contact the customer to resolve the issue.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT, with “ex. tax...” displayed.

  • VAT is calculated at checkout based on billing address.

  • Local Czech VAT of 21% is applied to shipping.

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on carrier, weight, and size.

  • Prices are fixed after payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Carriers: Česká Pošta, PPL, DHL, UPS, FedEx.

  • Customers may provide instructions via email or order notes at checkout.

  • Shipping is worldwide.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days.

  • Pickup is available at our warehouse.

  • Delivery times are determined by carriers.

  • Delays caused by transfer to carrier: full refund if shipment is not shipped on time.

  • We recommend insuring valuable packages; if the carrier fails, refunds may be provided at our discretion.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Warranty claims: full refund if product is defective under intended use.

  • Money returned by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer or directly to the payment card (if allowed by PayU).

  • Return shipping: covered by us for warranty claims; for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays.

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper installation are not eligible for refund.

7. Liability & Warranty

  • Products are provided with warranty as required by Czech law, with periods listed in product descriptions.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or off-road use.

  • Liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • We are not liable for injury, death, or other consequences resulting from improper installation or use.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our trademarks are protected.

  • Logos may be reused freely.

  • Images, product descriptions, and content are our property and may not be reused without prior written consent (by email).

9. User Accounts

  • Users may order as guests or register accounts.

  • Passwords are hashed with salt, never stored in plain text.

  • Account confirmation is required via email.

  • Accounts may be terminated if users violate rules or provide invalid data.

10. Privacy & Data

  • Personal data and cookies are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Users may request, modify, or delete their data or accounts at any time.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Czech law.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the Czech Republic.

  • Preferred process: mediation → arbitration → court if unresolved.

  • All claims must comply with Czech jurisdiction; international buyers agree to this by using the webshop.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Force majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control, including shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues.

  • Changes to T&C: We may modify these Terms at any time. Registered customers will be notified by email and may close their account immediately if they disagree.

  • No special promotions or loyalty programs are included at this time.
